A common search term in this regard is Salem Oregon real estate, as it is assumed that many people type this in when they are searching in this market. RealEstatesalem.com used to be at the top of Google for years before I retired. Then as I was not focused on it, it slipped in rankings.

This will be changing soon ! At least, that is my goal with a new marketing plan.
