Although many home buyers like to search online for homes don't forget an important step: get represented by a buyer's agent!  If you don't have an agent and you are searching online for homes you'll have to call each listing agent to see the houses.  Don't forget.... you should be represented also! 

Your Buyer's Agent will be the one calling to schedule the viewings, show you the homes and when you are ready, they will write up your offer and negotiate on your behalf.  Don't worry about the commission!
